Customer-Centric, Two-Product Split Delivery Vehicle Routing Problem under Consideration of Weighted Customer Waiting Time in Power Industry

This paper introduces a new model of the customer-centric, two-product split delivery vehicle routing problem (CTSDVRP) in context mixed-flow manufacturing system that occurs power industry. Different from general VRP model, unique characteristics our are: (1) two types products are delivered, and demand for them is interdependent based on bill materials (BOM); (2) considers aspect customer satisfaction, i.e., consideration production efficiency side. In satisfaction not measured by actual waiting time, but weighted which targeted service rate end products. We define as ratio quantity product produced corresponding quantities to product. propose hybrid ant colony-genetic optimization algorithm solve this with data case study State Grid Corporation China. Finally, explored assess effectiveness CTSDVRP highlight some insights. The results show can improve increase average effectively.
